I believewe are all creative beings. That our hearts know how, how to intelligently open to life, how to grieve and dance with joy, how to travel the human experience as journeying, making, ever changing creatures of the cosmos. Creative expression is born from this alive and ever changing conversation with worlds seen and unseen. This conduit to our deeper knowing, sense of belonging, and healing capacities is always available to us. Tapping into our creative blueprint, our sense of curiosity, and of nowness, helps us to to get there and feel more open to what life is showing us, now.
My creative process is held by my own experiences and the practices that continually show me my way back to myself. I am a lifelong learner and practitioner alongside you. I share this in my art, my writing and the cosmic and practical offerings I make to the world. My work is in service to the view that we are already whole. This belief flows from my own caregiven and caregiver experiences, my longtime committment to contemplative and creative practice and studies alongside my everyday unfolding life. Each of us is best served by discovering our own unique way. I am here to offer a creative mirror in support of your unfurling.
My art making practices are intuitive and hold space for wonder and unknown elements. My work tends towards experimental and is conversational and collaborative with the elements at hand. I believe that curiosity and self expression are powerful medicine and are intwined with the creative and embodiment practices I teach. I invite you to embrace perceived mistakes and include your own essential movements, knowing and being into your practices.
What do you notice?
It is my deepest vocation to share messages of connection, resiliency, and my devotion to the wonder and reciprocities we all share with the natural world.

Watercolor and collage are frequent visitors in my current art practice as well as handwritten notes, field recordings, illustrations, digital art and photographic ephemera. I consider myself an artist / maker. I source many materials from my wanders outdoors and from found and thrifted spaces. I am also a graphic designer and textile artist and once upon a time a stylist and art director for editorial print and stock photography libraries. I am forever a curator.
this process is fluid and flows through seasonal cycles, personal journeys, inquiries with nature, and collective experiences.
